With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia A. Scamehorn (Lancaster, Ohio), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Richard Scamehorn; her brother Bob Hasper (Pat) of Kalamazoo; her daughters, Jane Jameson, Carol Sauer (Jeff) of Lancaster and Susie Evans (Matt) of Marietta; her grandchildren, Emily Spradlin (Daniel) of Lancaster, Sarah Stoughton of Marietta, Jessica Jameson of Columbus, Sophie, Kate and Lindsay Evans of Marietta; and her great grandchildren, Kassidy and Wyatt Spradlin of Lancaster.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Fairfield Heritage Association, First Presbyterian Church, Lancaster or the , all of which are causes that were close to her heart.
