Joyce Wampler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Wampler of Lancaster, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Young and Elsie Young (Harmon); her significant other Charles Wampler; and her sister Linda Carr. She is survived by: her children, Trenton Wampler (Mary) and Amy McDonnell (Craig); her grandchildren, Kylie Wampler, Evan McDonnell and Jenna McDonnell; her siblings, Ike Wampler (Dianne) and Patti Davis; her close friends, Janet Reed and Barb Gobel; her friends, Tony, Darlene Scott and Kenny Helwig (Amber); and her niece Heather Roark (Rivers). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taylor-Theller Funeral Home (111 W Main St, Amanda, OH 43102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Fairhope Hospice & Palliative Care as they continue to provide comfort and support to many other individuals and families during their time of need.
