She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen and Velma Lutz (Dupler). She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Garrett; her children, Barry Garrett (Susan) and Donna Nameth (John); her grandsons, Andrew Garrett (Brianna), Brad Nameth and Brian Nameth; and her sister Lois Porter (Ben). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, The James Cancer Center; or FairHoPe Hospice.
