He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Lee; his daughter Brenda Casserly; and his siblings, George Lee (Edna) and Mary Ellen Rutan (Ivor). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Lee (Boyer); his children, Donna Clay (Bob) and Joseph Lee, Jr. (Pam); his son-in-law John Casserly; his grandchildren, Justin Clay (Karissa), Brandee Rawlins (Jimmy), Stephanie Booker (Charles) and Shane Casserly (Mallory); and his great grandchildren, Rosalee, Gavin and Rhett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
