He is survived by: his wife Shirley A Thomas; his children, Judy Morehead and Jerry Jacobson; his stepchildren, Linda Tatman (Herbert), Melanie Entler and Michael Coats; his grandchildren, Jeremy Jacobson, Christina Foster (Jeff), Keith Merritt (Shasta), Dustin Merritt (Sabrina), Ashley Conrad (Bernard), Maygan Campbell (Jonathan), Tony Morehead (Annie), Scott Morehead (Donna) and Tim Morehead; his great grandchildren, Ryley, McKenzie Foster, Kolton, Bentley Conrad, Trinity, K. J. Merritt, Joey, Danielle, Christina Morehead, Klinton Campbell and Kennedy Johnson; his great great grandchild Ezra Morehead; and his sister Patty Culp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
