He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Milbaugh and Jacob Milbaugh; his granddaughter Destiny Lee; and his brothers, Mike Milbaugh (Tina), Dave Milbaugh, Darryl Nester and Lisa Milbaugh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
