He was predeceased by: his father John Edward Lamb. He is survived by: his mother Karen Lamb; his daughters, Amber Skye and Autumn Rayne; the mother of his children Amanda Hendershot; and his siblings, Suzanna Arnold (Matt), John Lamb (Elizabeth) and Adam Michael Lamb.
