It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn T. Dilley of Lancaster, Ohio, born in Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bowers and Tressa Bowers (VanFossen); her husband Ralph Dilley; her siblings, Glenn, Jim Bowers, Ruby Creiglow and Virginia "Mazie" Kougher; and her sister-in-law Betty Bowers.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Dilley (Stephanie) of Lancaster and Ron Dilley (Carrie) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Ashley McCunn (Tim) of Rockbridge, Kyle Dilley (Gertrude) of Logan, Cassandra Rodriguez (Jodad) of Columbus and Carson Dilley of Johnson City, TN; her great grandchild Jack Dilley; and her siblings, Richard Bowers of Amanda, Robert Bowers (Caroline) of Somerset, Paul Bowers of Lancaster, Rosemary Hutchins of Florida, Geraldine Miller (John) of Amanda, Dorothy Mills of Canal Winchester, Betty Jean Hillyard (Gary) of Amanda, Judy Payne (Tim) of Circleville and Debbie Rhymer (Leewood) of Circleville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
