He was predeceased by: his former wife C. June Forsythe; and his parents, Eloise Griggs and Harold Griggs. He is survived by: his wife Donna Forsythe; his sons, Dr. Mike Forsythe (Linda) and Scott Forsythe (Melanie); and his stepchildren, Mark McGee (Mary) and Penny Hollett (Chris). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
