She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Patterson and Collis Patterson (Harper); her siblings, Jim Patterson and Barb; and her brother-in-law Robert Robinson.

She is survived by: her husband Rudy Touvell; her children, Gene Touvell, Geoff Touvell (Leslie), Molly Touvell and Rudy Touvell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nick, Ryan, Robin, Lily, Brendan, Zoë, Demi, Caleb, Caitlyn, Reece, Claire, Colin, Casey and Chris; her sister Chris Powers (Alvin Ross); and her cousin Carol Marsh. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
