He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Woltz. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Woltz; his son Eli Woltz; his grandchildren, Grace, Noah and Sophia Woltz; his father Creighton Woltz; and his brothers, John Woltz (Tricia) of Wichita, KS and Joel Woltz (Linda) of Radcliff, KY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
