He was predeceased by: his parents, James L Horn and Jeannine Horn (Christy) of Crooksville. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Miller); his children, Bryan J Horn (Kala Smith) of Rushville, Nikki E Hobson (Chris) of Junction City and Josh D Horn (Nicole Miller) of Bremen; his grandchildren, Benjamin, EmmaLyn, Aubrey (Rushville), Peyton Chloe (Junction City), Alexis and Brooklynn (Bremen); and his sister Julie A Zehendner (Lorence) of Crooksville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
