He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; and his sister Wilma. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Lewis (Lisa) and Frank Lewis (Cinny); his children, Jim Lewis (Jenny) of Richmond Kentucky, Janice Lozier (Mark) of Lancaster and Robin Haverkamp (Steve) of Kalamazoo Michigan; his friends, Bob and Donna Reid; his grandchildren, Kelli, Aaron Shonk, Daniel Lozier, Zach Lewis, Michael Dwyer, Katie and Taylor Zeman; and his great grandchild Cece Shonk.
