She is survived by: her daughters, Rainny Smith, Tammy Smith, Jenny Francis (David), Misty Beekman (Jason) and Beth Callahan; and her siblings, Lonnie Conkle (Betty), Jerry Conkle (Morgan) and Phyllis Holtz. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
