It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Haylen Tabor of Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Johnson of Columbus and Laura Tabor of Lancaster; his siblings, Kaydance, Leila, Hunter and Landon; his aunts, Lisa Tabor of Logan, Christy Solsman of Van Wert and Chelsea Haack (Michael) of Lomira, WI; his grandmother Virginia Smyers of Amanda; his great-grandparent Alberta Hill of Amanda; and his great-uncles, Keith Hill (Mary) of Lancaster, Tony Hill (Tawnette) of Lakeview, Jerry Hill (Carol) of Lancaster and Jeff Hill (Lisa) of Junction City.

In accordance with State mandates, COVID Protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed.
