She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Vagnier; her parents, William Bell and Bessie Bell; her siblings, Beryl Bell, Earl Bell, Clyde Bell, Danzel Bell, Harold Bell, Carl Bell, Edna Smith, Mary Schmelzer and Ruth Landers; and her son-in-law Leslie Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Vagnier (Marianne), Karen Wilson and Lisa Notestone (Damon); her grandchildren, Meena Sinfelt (John), Nichole Young, Scott Moehl (Rebecca Holub), Randy Wilson, Jessica Conley, Shawn Notestone (Darcey), Chad Notestone (Amy) and Mindy Carr (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Chase Sinfelt, Keegan Sinfelt, Madeline Young, Alexandria Young, Jacob Moehl, Preston Conley, Xavier Notestone, Grant Notestone, Lydia Notestone and James Notestone; her sister Helen Wentz; and her sister-in-law Delores Bell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
