She was predeceased by: her husband Kent Karl Emmers; her parents, James McDowell (Bill) and Mae McDowell; and her brother Mike McDowell. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Emmers, Karen Smith (Rob), Kelly Blodgett (Jeff), Jason Emmers (Beth), Jared Emmers and Kimberly Dugi (Mike); her brothers, Jerry McDowell (Jane), Randy McDowell and Greg McDowell (Amy); and her friend Georgia. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
