He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Locke and Sarah Shumaker Locke; and his siblings, Paul, Frank, Charles Locke, Doris Cordle (Ralph) and Mildred Poling (Don).
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Cindy, Shirley and Ruby Locke.
