He is survived by: his wife Thresa Hyme (Searls); his children, Shane Hyme (Kathy) and Carey Payne; his grandchildren, Dakota, Hunter Snapp, Hayden, Paxton, Camryn, Jensen and Ryan Payne; his sisters, Mary Jo Hanks (Glen) and Donna Yencer (Larry); and his brother-in-law Ronnie Splangler.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Fred's memory to his family to assist with his medical expenses.
