“Im greatly saddened by this. Frank was my buddy. We only knew each other briefly, but he made such a profound impact on my life. We met on the way to the STAR Program. We made jokes about Hobos. There came a time when I about threw it all away, but Frank saved me. He said, "Steve, please don't do this. I need you here, so I dont mess up.." We both finished the program successfully. I drove over 2 hours to go see him, and we took a photo together. R.I.P. Frank, you saved my life! Thank You.”
