He is survived by: his children, Tina Stammler (Gary) and Ernie Hay; his granddaughters, Amanda Dunlevy (Joe) and Sarah Swies (Jonny); his great grandchildren, Taizsha, Tiona, Michael, Malachi, Parker, Aiden, Maggie, Macayne, Myla, Ellie and Eloise; his sister Loena Hay of Kentucky; and also, Michael Taylor, Jessica and Thomas Bethel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
