She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hylkema and Eleanor Hylkema (Godfrey); her son Kevin A. Howard; and her siblings, Raymond, Thomas Hylkema, Joann Langer, Mary Ellen Damon and Patricia Hulin.
She is survived by: her husband Gail Howard; her children, Dale M. Howard (Kathy) of Somerset, NY, Eleanor N. Buggie (Ed) of Pickerington and Jenny A. Theller (Tom) of Lancaster; her daughter-in-law Cindy Howard of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren, Sarah (Daniel), Keith (Renee), Kyle (Katie) and Becky (Michael); and her sister Rosemary McConachie (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
