Though Edna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Wachter; her children, Sharon A. Carper and William R. Wachter; her parents, Thomas Vickroy and Emma Vickroy; and her son-in-law Thomas Carper.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Wachter; her granddaughter Rella Carper; and her great grandchild Olexa Dorwart (Josh Blake) of Lancaster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
