He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Mosley and Maggie Mosley (Hutchison); and his siblings, Ruth Sowers, Delbert Mosley Jr., Elbert Mosley and Judy Faye Mosley.
He is survived by: his wife Debby Mosley (Hartman); his grandchildren, Jeremy Ratcliff (Tara) and Stephanie Rife (David); and his siblings, Kathryn Riffle of Circleville and David "Bud" Mosley (Maxine) of Laurelville. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
