He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Haley and Thelma Haley. He is survived by: his wife Clara Haley; his children, Phillip "Phil" Haley and Michele Hilyard; his grandsons, Shane and Cody Hilyard; his great grandchildren, Abby, Mason and Cade Hilyard; and his brother Arnie Haley.
