She was predeceased by: her children, Phillip and Tonya Frank; her stepfather Richard Westwood; and her grandmother Viola Jones. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Frank (Jessica) and Nicole Kelly (Greg); her grandchildren, Kyle Frank, Courtney Brown and Nichalous Brown; her parents, Shirley Westwood and Hugh Swisher (Nancy); and her siblings, Kim Williams (John) and Kristi Swisher. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
