He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Curnell and Violet Curnell (Sain); and his siblings, Ray, Gary Curnell, Judy Deel, Sandy Ison and Carol Woosley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Curnell (Bolen); his children, David Curnell, Mike Curnell, Crystal Pittman, Cristin Elliott and Dustin Shook; and his siblings, Bobby and Linda Downard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid19, all social distancing protocols will be in place for visitation.
