He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Noland and Luta Noland (Starling); and his brother Carl Noland. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Shannon Phillips (Eric), Shelly Kiger (Steve) and Jason Noland (Nikki); and his siblings, Caryl Woods and Larry Noland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic, a private service will take place with burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
