She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Mae Lassa; her parents, Frank Platkowski and Patricia Platkowski; her stepbrother Bruce Ogle; and her brothers-in-law, Ken Brotherton and Jimmy Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie Baughman and Amy Krumm (Josh); her sisters, Cathy Kauffeld (Phillip), Claire Brotherton and Christy Cooper (Kiki); her stepmother Dorothy Platkowski; her stepsiblings, Cindy Houdeshell (Fred), Beth Raab (Gene) and Steve Ogle (Debbie); her nieces, Karen Cooper and Valerie Tincher (Dustin); her great-nephew Brady Tincher; her siblings-in-law, Mary Agnes Mathias (Chuck), Mike Baughman (Barb) and Bill Baughman (Marsha); and her wife Terri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and all the many friends.
The family would like any donations or memorials be directed in Cindy's name to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio.
