He is survived by: his wife Susan Phillips Midkiff; his children, Jennifer Burkholder (Nick) of Chillicothe and Tyler Midkiff of Jackson; his brother Jeff Midkiff (Lisa) of Cincinnati; his parents-in-law, Norman Phillips of Port Washington and Gretchen Phillips of Port Washington; his sister-in-law Larissa Seikel (Mark) of New Philadelphia; and his father Donald Maroon. He is also survived by several nieces and a great niece.
