It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence F. Hoy III (Lancaster, Ohio), born in Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson Isaiah McConahay; and his grandparents, Bernadine Anderson, Clarence Hoy Sr. and Daisy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hoy; his children, William Hoy, Anthony Hoy, Heather Hoy and Melissa Hoy; his stepchildren, Tiffany Benedict (Justin), Traci Lanham and Christine Bayer; his parents, Clarence F. Hoy Jr (Dathney) and Loretta Hall; and his siblings, Joseph F. Hoy (Nikki), Robert F. Hoy (Angie) and Lisa Good. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Carol Gibson; brothers-in-law William Gibson, Frank (Alyssa) Gibson, Rock Gibson, Stoney (Lyndsey) Gibson; sister-in-law Tami (John) Mascari; close friends Carl Majchrzak, Raymond Koehnle; his dog and companion.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
