He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Lee Myers; his grandson Brandon Kemmerling; his parents, Norma Myers and Johnny Myers; his sisters, Brenda Bunting, Donna Snead and Margaret Bates; his brothers-in-law, Johnny Curtis and Eugene Bates; and his pet Joey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mindy Myers (Trent Gardner), Sandy Axe (Jake Morris) and Mia Kistler (Sam); his grandsons, Cody Kemmerling (Alyssa), Hunter Axe and Logan Axe; his great grandchildren, Kayden and Jackson Kemmerling; his siblings, JC Myers (Dee), Ruth Curtis and Pennie Mayes (Wayne); and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Deatrick (Tom) and Connie Arnholt (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his family.
