He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Kelley and Sara Jane Kelley (Byrd); his wife Mary Ann Kelley; and his siblings, Junior Paugh Kelley, Claybron Kelley, Howard James Kelley, Albert Kelley, Robert Kelley, Richard Lawrence Kelley, Helen Snyder, Dorothy Loudermilk, Emma Jane Hodges, Shirley Jones and Mary Cathryn Salisbury.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Joos (Todd), Michelle Householder and Michael R. Kelley (Jennifer Frohnapfel); his granddaughters, Shelley McDonald (Brandon Flannagan) and Jordan T. Householder; his great grandchildren, Kent McDonald, Parker, Jack and Harley Flannagan; and his half-brother George Lee Kelley of Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
