He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Bailes. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bailes (Shaner); his daughter Nicole Angelo (Jason) of Newark; his grandchildren, Apryl, Chase and Tripp; his mother Edith Miller (Bowlby) of New Lexington; and his sister Ada Gambill of New Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
