She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles White and Ruth White; her husband James E. Teeter; and her sister Naomi Jean White. She is survived by: her son Jason E. Teeter; and her cousin Keith White of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Charlene's memory.
