She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet Thompson and Edna Thompson; and her brothers, Mack and Frankie. She is survived by: her husband Jarvie "Lowell" Staten; her children, Catherine Fetty (Kevin), Carol Myers (Jon), James Staten and David Staten; her grandchildren, Matt, Chassidy, Justin, Tyler, Devin, Evan, Ray, Connor, Jessica and Amanda; and her siblings, Jo Ann, Gene, Art, Libby and Bill. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
