It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Theodore Highley (Lancaster, Ohio), who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Highley and Miriam Highley (Bookman); and his sisters, Joy Highley and Nancy Keitz. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Highley; his children, Mindy Sark and Chad Highley (Debbie); his grandsons, Brandon and Tyler Sark (Carley); his great grandchildren, Carter and Julia Sark; and his brothers, Gary and Fritz Highley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ted's memory to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
