We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Burnurd Young Sr. of Lancaster, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnett Young and Eunice Young; his former wife Nina Young (Fee); and his sister Sue Imler. He is survived by: his wife Melody Kay Young (Pinkstock); his children, Dale Young (Lori), Cindy Riddle (Chris), Bruce Young (Monica), Jamie Young, Debbie Brown (Joey) and David Pinkstock; and his siblings, Gary Young (Dottie) and Sharon Riddle (Rod). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home (222 S Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (351 Coonpath Rd NE, Lancaster, OH 43130).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care, or a charity of your choice.
