It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooke Evans (Lancaster, Ohio), who passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nancy Mattin and Paul E. Gilpin, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Blake Evans; her sons, Nicholas Evans and Landon Evans; her parents, Steve Gilpin and Lori Gilpin; and her sister Curri Seifert (Joe). She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Brooke to a fund being established for her sons.
