He is survived by: his children, Storie Colopy (Benjie), Joshua Smith (Trisha) and Charidy Smith (Michael Preston); his grandchildren, Marissa, Jaden, Brenden, Wyman and Sonya; his close friend Sue Bowers; and his brother Rick Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43105). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
