He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacey Caldwell and Lula Caldwell; his wife Donna Caldwell; and his son Kevin Snoke. He is survived by: his children, Lora Collinsworth of Logan, Kathy Lynn Caldwell of Ansted, WV, Ronnie Snoke of Lancaster, Brian Snoke (Angel) of Lancaster and Kenny Caldwell of Nelsonville; and his sister Patty Dorsey of Reno, WV.. He is also survived by many grand children and great grandchildren.
