With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Bay (Lancaster, Ohio), born in Nelsonville, Ohio, who passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bay and Gertrude Bay; and his siblings, Bob Bay, Vallie Bay, Lewis Bay, Marie Armstrong, Lucille Tatman, Frieda Williams, Erma Arent, Vigina Tatman, Naomi Murdock, Betty Jourdan and Madeline Bay.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bay; his children, Danny Bay (Tonya) of Lancaster, Carol Bussert (Don) of Amanda, Joyce Smith (Jerry) of Lancaster and Debbie Bright (Ed) of Johnstown; his stepson Gary Wertman of Circleville; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Bay, Lisa Morris, Brad Bussert, Carey Jones, Jennifer Thomas, Jason Smith, Jeremy Smith, Tyler Wertman and Cassidy Wertman; and his brother Ralph Bay of Lancaster.
