She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lowe and Marjorie Parthemore Lowe; her husband Pastor David Kerns; and her brothers, Richard, Neil and Ted Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kerns (Christy) of Lancaster, Stephen Kerns (Cindy) of Lancaster, Darin Kerns (Stephanie) of Brownstown, Gina Rawls (David) of Terre Haute and Lisa Sain (Don) of Lancaster, Ohio; her grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Joshua, Sydney, Alyssa, Helena, Jarod and Cayman; her great grandchildren, Lorilei, Dominic and Addyson; and her siblings, Morris Lowe of Kenton, Ohio, Wilma Jean Cline of Sandusky, Doris Libben (George) of Port Clinton, Marilyn Marie Kindle of Ada and Brenda Kay Andrews (Larry) of Wapakoneta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In light of the Coronavirus, a private funeral service will be held at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor Mark Barbee officiating.
