It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joos of Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Helwig and Relva Helwig (Blum); and her brother William Helwig. She is survived by: her husband Michael Andrew Joos; her children, Andrew M., Pamela Joos (Cardiff), Brian P., Vicky Joos (Salyers), Benjamin S., Michelle Joos (Mannisto), Laura A. (Joos), Mark Hollenbaugh, Douglas and Beth Joos (Townsend); her daughters-in-law, Karen Joos (Robert Caldwell) and Dawn Eden (Wingerd); her grandchildren, Scott Joos (Tiffany Ketron), Robin Joos (Marquis Hamilton), Crystal Cramer (Brad), Drew Joos, Tyler Joos (Erin), Nathan Joos, Bella Serdenkovski, Hayden Joos, Zachary Hollenbaugh (Deanna Travali), Catherine Phillips, Ian Hollenbaugh (Zeineb Sellami), Jessica Joos (Rob Accorto), Abigail Joos, Seth Joos and Sara Joos; and her great grandchildren, Alyson, William, Evelyn Phillips, Benjamin Hollenbaugh, Lily, Olivia Cramer and Lelianna Ketron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
