He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edward Lewis, Sr. and Thelma Mae Bradshaw; and his granddaughter M. L.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lewis (Summers); his children, Jennifer Hall (Ronald) of Bismarck, ND, Melanie Lewis of Lancaster and Jason Lewis of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Michael, Minyale, Daiton, Laney and Baby; his great grandchild Kai; his siblings, Sharon Schumacher of Pickerington, Susan Mueller of Columbus and Jeff Lewis (Donna) of Lancaster; his friend Jason West; and his close friend Bella.
