She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth A. "Butch" McCune Russell; her brother Christopher Russell; her grandparents, Wilbur, Mary McCune, William and Mildred Russell; and her aunts and uncles, Wilma Jackson, Patty Shifflet, Joe McCune and John Russell (Goldie).
She is survived by: her husband Everett Rutter of Lancaster; her father Lance E. Russell of Millfield; her mother-in-law Charlotte Rutter; her aunts and uncles, Jerry McCune (Judy) of Millfield, Roger McCune (Cathy) of Millfield, Howard Russell (Ruth) of Chauncey, Dave Russell (Norma) of Millfield, Marian Reazor (Jim) of Florida, Bonnie Shifflet of Glouster and Opal Rutter of Lancaster; and her cousins, Steve "Fibber" McCune, Cole Shifflet and Tonia Martin.
