He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Sr. Shaw and Dorothy Shaw. He is survived by: his spouse Gail F. Shaw; his children, William E. Shaw III (Sarah) and Melissa G. Wallfisch (Benjamin); his grandchildren, William E. Shaw IV and Penelope M. Wallfisch; and his siblings, Susan Cetti (Richard), Robert Shaw (Maureen McLaughlin) and Barbara Shaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
