He was predeceased by: his wife Mary C. Kelly; his parents, John Kelly and Grace Kelly-Morris (Sciaulino); his father-in-law William; and his sister-in-law Martha Hayes.

He is survived by: his children, John Kelly (Nikki), Theresa Kirkpatrick (Kevin) and Colleen Kelly; his grandchildren, Mary Frances, Michael (Brittany), Alexandra, Jessica, Catherine and Christina; his great grandchildren, Rylee and Remington; his siblings, John Patrick Kelly (Carol) and Paula Wienschreider (Bret); his mother-in-law Mary Hayes; his siblings-in-law, William Hayes (Margaret), Lucretia Zollars (William), Patrick Hayes (Sherry), Laura Thomay (Donald) and Charles Hayes (Holly); and his cousin Many.

Due to COVID-19 precautions a Mass and Celebration of Life will be held in July 2021.
