He is survived by: his stepmothers, Annabelle Farren and Jill Farren; his sisters, Tammy Asimakis, Sandi Thompson, Michelle Thompson and Terri Lines; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Allee, Aubre, Alii, Sam, Olivia, David, Ryan and Matthew.
