Thomas Sullivan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Sullivan of Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Schreiner; his father Sean Sullivan; his brother Naval; and his wife Sandra Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Frank, Sean (Mary), Tom, Jr. (Mary), Dan (Julie), Kathleen Sullivan (Blaise Dupuy) and Julie Sullivan (Bruce Shagvoc); his grandchildren, Sully, George, Grace, Virginia, Joe, Margaret, Meghan, Audrey, Rose, Isabella, Ingrid, Laurel, Will, Rory and Grady; his great grandchild Callahan; and his sisters, Kaki O'Neill, Joan Livingston, Sue Jacobus and Marietta Kelly.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral mass will be live streamed at 11 a. m. on Saturday December 5, 2020.
